  • 4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups (360ml) warm water (about 110°F or 45°C)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for greasing
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Sesame seeds or nigella seeds for topping
